Fun with Friends

Ever since we have moved into our apartment we have loved our neighbors and ward friends. When we were moving in our lovely neighbors in #104 told us when church was(in reality they were talking to Katelyn's little sister and her boyfriend) and introduced themselves to them. Thats how it has been since we got here. We've been invited to dinners and had awesome party nights. As you can see by these pictures our neighbors are wild! We love you guys!
We got invited to a couples apartment for dinner and my cute wife made some delicious brownies.

One of our favorite couples! The Willmores have become really great friends. This nights game was Sequence.

Drew and I doing a little arm wrestling...I won!

This was awesome because we were having some brownies and the Willmores went home and got their own milk jugs. I thought it was really funny. My mom never let me do that!

So this story is great. We were over at the Willmores chatting and they kept getting us to eat their candy. Well I was trying to go on a no sugar diet, so i told them I couldn't have any. They tried to get us to take the whole bowl of candy, which I refused and hurried up and left. Next thing we knew there was a knock on the door and this is the site we saw. Ha, than we went and did more fun things like this to another couple in our complex.

Cathedral of the Madeline

After Disney Princesses on Ice Katelyn and I went to the Cathedral of the Madeleine for her Western Humanities class. The artwork and design work was very intricate and very beautiful. As she has been doing her paper on this I have learned alot more about the design of the inside and outside of the church itself. It was a good experience to have.

I wondered what I would look like if I were a Catholic Priest...I don't fit that part, maybe a Bishop though...;)

This is where people come to confess.

I loved the outside. The Gothic art was amazing.

Our first post!

Katelyn and I have been enjoying our first few months of married life so much that we thought you might want to know about it. This past weekend I took Katelyn to Disney Princesses on Ice. I was a little worried about this event but it turned out to be really quite fun! When we were walking up to the Energy Solutions Arena(which I think its easier to say The Delta Center) all I saw where little girls dressed up in their princess dresses. I turned to Katelyn and said, "This is so a little kids event". As the pictures will show I did have lots of fun being with my wife. I love her so much and enjoy doing lots of things with her.
Belle and her prince-For those of you who don't know, Katelyn loved Belle as a little girl and used to make everyone call her Belle.

This was way cool! The castle turned to become the Saltans Palace and another one...I cant remember.

This was a cool scene. I can't Imagine how hard it would be to skate around in those costumes. I wonder how heavy those are...

This was one of my many perfect pictures. Sleeping beauty in the act of pricking her finger.

Aladin flipping Jasmine. This stuff is a lot cooler when you see it live. It is amazing what these athletes can do.
